Our community is located in the southeast Bay Area part of the Greater Houston metropolitan area, in the highly sought after suburban community of Clear Lake.  Clear Lake is along Interstate 45, with access to the METRO and Harris County Transit services, and is within commuting distance of downtown Houston, Texas City, and Galveston Bay. 

Clear Lake is home to NASA’s Johnson Space Center and the aerospace facilities of Lockheed Martin and Boeing. The town is known for its plentiful offerings of fresh seafood, with plenty of local restaurants to fit any culinary preference. Nearby Baybrook Mall provides a variety of shopping options.

Enjoy a day of outdoor recreation exploring Sylvan Rodriguez Park, or take a short drive to one of the many public beaches that are just minutes away.

Students in our community will attend highly rated Clear Creek ISD public schools, or one of several charter or private school options nearby.
